The D06S is a new-generation smart thermal transfer overprinter developed by DIKAI for higher efficiency and demanding production environments. With higher print speed and frequency, it fully covers flexible packaging applications.
It uses a 10-inch smart touchscreen for online file editing, a new all-in-one design for simple maintenance and strong anti-interference, and a new ribbon box for quicker ribbon changes. A precision control algorithm keeps print positions accurate and results stable while improving ribbon usage. It integrates vision inspection with a built-in rejection function and supports a centralized control system for remote management of multiple machines.
