1. Check whether the ribbon is wrinkled. 2. Check whether the print head is dirty; clean it with a DK wipe cloth if necessary. 3. Check whether the printing pad or rubber roller is dirty or damaged. 4. Check whether the ribbon and print-density settings match. 5. Check whether the ribbon is installed between the print head and the stripping roller. 6. Check whether the machine is loose or vibrating. 7. Check whether the gap between the print head and the printing pad is appropriate.
1. Check whether valid print content has been selected. 2. Check whether the distance between the print head and the printing pad or rubber roller meets the requirements. 3. Check whether the print head is faulty. 4. Check whether the synchronizer is connected properly.
1. Check the focusing lens on the laser head for contamination and clean it if necessary. 2. Inspect the laser body vents for visible dust or blockage, and keep at least 100 mm of clearance around them. 3. Clean the vents on both sides of the laser body to maintain airflow. 4. If an extraction unit is installed, replace the activated carbon filter.
TTO for dates and variable data; UV laser for permanent marks.
